We are seeking a Caregiver to join our team and provide high-quality care for older adults needing assistance with daily activities and emotional support. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enriching our clients' lives by promoting their independence, safety, and well-being.
What You'll Do
Assist with Daily Tasks:
Support clients with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
Aid with mobility, transferring, and walking
Help with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper hydration
Provide assistance with toileting, including managing incontinence needs
Foster Connection and Companionship:
Spend quality time with clients through conversation, games, or shared activities
Accompany clients on short walks or outings
Offer emotional support and a positive presence in their daily lives
Keep the Home in Order:
Help with light cleaning, laundry, and keeping the living space tidy
Assist with grocery shopping, meal prep, and household organization
Ensure the client’s living environment is safe and comfortable
Health Monitoring and Reporting:
Observe and document changes in the client’s physical or emotional health
Communicate concerns or change in condition to the office
Requirements
Cell phone with internet access
Strong organizational & communication skills
Certifications that are preferred but NOT required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED
Active Home Care Aide status (Unsure? We can show you how!)
