Job Description

Project manage pitches - support the end-to-end management of pitch processes including pitch folder setup, TEAMS channels, setting up timing/project plans, diarizing important meetings, aligning on ways of working, sourcing content, supporting work streams, and overall pitch logistics.

Coordinate Request For Information (RFI) responses for key pitches, working with key stakeholders and local markets to source and verify data, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date, coordinate market outreach, etc.

Coordinate the completion of Request of Proposal (RFP) components by helping gather data and content from the internal hub and external resources, verify accuracy, and proof-read for submission.

Conduct market and competitor research using industry sources i.e. COMvergence, RECMA, and other third-party sources.

   Partner with our pitch experience leads to plan and execute virtual, hybrid and in-person meeting scenarios to deliver high quality experiences. From selecting the correct meeting space, ensuring we have the correct tech-setup, identifying furniture and decorative elements for the space, vendor outreach, catering selection and more. 

Source and compile biographies/profiles for key meetings and pitches into templated decks and leverage artificial intelligence to expedite workflows and processes. 

Support with the refreshing of collateral in our content library.

Assist with the Close-Out process, ensuring our Business Development leads accurately complete the required documentation to share key learnings and resources.

  Embrace the use of AI, such as Chat GPT in pitch workstreams, were appropriate.

Support team on automation journey for quantitative data requests.

Work closely with design team and pitch leads to develop pitch collateral and distribute across markets.

Build strong relationships with our Business Development Community and Local Market contacts.

Support global Business Development and Operations with ad-hoc requests.
