Job Description

You'll be responsible for operating multiple presses, executing precise setups, troubleshooting technical issues, and upholding our rigorous production standards. Schedule / Shift: 2nd: 2:45 PM-11:00 PM Mon-Fri
Pay: $22 per hour and above, commensurate with experience with +$2 differential
Responsibilities:
Interpret order specifications and special instructions.
Ensure all production materials are at press prior to set-up.
Inspect cylinders, plates, and other tooling/parts to ensure quality.
Perform two-color set-ups on assigned presses, including cylinder preparation, plate mounting, ink fountain and roller adjustments, loading supply rolls, splicing webs, setting impressions, and processing set-ups.
Operate assigned press through production run, performing adjustments and maintaining ink color.
Apply knowledge and skills in performing preventative/general maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective action.
Record and report all finished production and complete related documentation.
Train, assist, and support other team members in problem-solving and meeting department goals.
Continuously review current processes and identify improvement methods.
Perform general housekeeping tasks and waste removal within the department.
Assist/support in other job functions within the process or company as needed.
Will be required to follow ISO work instructions as well as Operator Process Verification (OPV)
