Job Description
We are hiring for an onsite Hourly HR Training Coordinator in Frederick, MD
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or any related fields OR 1 years’ experience in communications, contact center, or related area.
Great organizational skills.
Experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PPT, and Outlook is a must.
Experience putting together data into reports.
Must be comfortable facilitating in front of large groups as they are responsible for onboarding.
Pay rate: $18.00., plus the possibility of an additional 10% on the base salary
Responsibilities:
Coordinates learning activities, including organizing materials, monitoring progress, and advising on improvements to facilitate effective training and development programs.
Manages new hire learning processes, including scheduling trainings and conducting orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all associates.
Maintains accurate records and transactions, including filing, entering, and updating associate information, and ensuring payroll accuracy.
Communicates company policies and changes to associates, and answers questions regarding company policies and procedures.
Develops and implements processes and practices to meet business needs, while promoting compliance with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity.
