Enforce technical referential.
Program process solutions quote via BMF.
Do lobbying to apply Technical Referential solutions in “min plateau”.
Guaranty convergence of Investment and TC.
Promote carry over and re-use solutions.
Realize cost of AVP solutions, workers, investments, surfaces.
Work on re-used solutions.
Animate Process Reviews with partners.
Monitor and update master plans.
Check the application by the project teams of the validated scenario.
Follow the sustainability of the center’s serial life evolution for the introduction of future vehicles.
Update master plan with serial life evolutions.
Participate in the evolution of Technical Referential.
