Job Description

Hybrid Position - The ideal candidate must live in Knoxville, TN or the surrounding area.

The Human Resource Service Delivery Representative aids with and facilitates the human resource processes for all employees. This role is the first point of contact for all employees and provides Level 1 (Tier 1) support for all Human Resources Service Areas including Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Employee Records, Leave of Absence, Learning and Development.

Provides Level 1 (Tier 1) support to HR Business Partners, Managers and Team Members regarding questions related to various HR data.

Performs a variety of general administrative duties related to HR compliance.

Answers general questions from Team Members via phone, chat, email, etc.

Works with HR Business Partners, Managers and appropriate COE’s regarding any follow-up/reporting needed for various company-wide initiatives.

Promotes an environment of teamwork and positivity.
