Responsibilities:
25% Manages, plans and administers a Development & Operations (DevOps) team, continuously improving services and outcomes through management and oversight of staff; leadership in the development, maintenance, and implementation of multi-year strategic technology road maps.
15% Maintains integrity of the DevOps organization through oversight of business analysis and applications development issues and processes and management of staff, including providing direction to employees regarding campus policies and IT service management principles.

Required Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Extensive experience in IT Development & Operations
Thorough knowledge of technical concepts
Minimum 5-7 years' experience leading and managing a technology organization
Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience/training
Preferred Qualifications:
ITIL Foundations certificate
