Behavior Technician (BT) - Join Our Educational Services Team in Antioch, CA!
Covelo Group is looking for experienced Behavior Technicians (BT) or Behavior Therapists to join the Educational Services team. In this role, you'll support teachers and school administrators by working with students with behavior challenges in a classroom setting!

Enjoy a convenient Monday to Friday school schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
Your Important Role as a Behavior Technician (BT):
Work one-on-one or with multiple students in a classroom, helping them manage their behavior and optimize their learning experience.
Encourage positive behaviors and set appropriate boundaries.
Observe and report students' progress towards their IEP/504 plan goals.
Qualifications We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior ABA experience working with children in a home, facility, or school setting is preferred but not required.
BLS certification.
