THE ROLE:
The role will work alongside various divisions of the business including finance (of course!), procurement, engineers and manufacturing, to investigate variances, explore any margins for error and ensure the delivery of the core transactional finance processes.
You will support and supervise a small transactional process team of two and also provide any necessary ongoing training and improvement on the purchase to pay system. Ensure accuracy of the transactional data.
Report on and distribute KPIs to management, maintain accurate reconciliations on raw materials and finished goods.
Provide support to other areas of finance on an ad hoc basis.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideally newly or part qualified CIMA/ACCA, AAT qualified/QBE candidates with the relevant skills and experience will also be considered.
You must be a skilled and influential communicator at all levels. Someone who builds effective working relationships and works collaboratively with all colleagues.
A high standard of systems literacy is essential whereby a background from manufacturing would be beneficial.
A great problem solver, you are investigative, analytical and remain always curious about what happens in a process, how and why it happens and the eventual outcome.
