Key Responsibilities:Support the Head Chef in leading kitchen operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day service

Create and present high-quality, fresh dishes tailored to the Bloomberg environment

Develop innovative, seasonal menus that reflect the latest food trends

Maintain rigorous standards for food hygiene and health & safety

Manage stock control, food waste, and budgetary requirements

Train, mentor, and supervise junior kitchen staff

Ensure high standards are upheld in all aspects of food service

Our Ideal Candidate Will:Have significant experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar high-volume kitchen role

Possess a passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and innovative cooking

Demonstrate strong leadership and excellent communication skills

Be organized, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction

Be knowledgeable of food hygiene and safety standards
