Out Client is a friendly and established organization with Children's Homes across the region, is looking for a passionate Registered Manager to join their amazing 4-bed Therapeutic Children's Home in Stoke-on-Trent, rated outstanding by OFSTED.

You’ll be working full-time, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with some extra hours as needed. Strong communication skills, resilience, and a good understanding of child development and current legislation are a must. Experience in a therapeutic setting and holding a Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification or Level 4 Registered Manager Award are a bonus.
