Job description
Our client is looking for a skilled machinist working in a solely workshop environment. The ideal candidate will ideally have experience and can hit the ground running in a fast paced manufacturing environment producing shop fittings, seating areas and shop counters.
Job Responsibilities
Produce high quality, accurate and timely work.
Meet tight deadlines and client demands.
Work as a team with other experienced bench hand joiners and machinists.
The successful candidate will be working on all the machines listed below:
· spindle moulders
· five cutters
· sanders
· planers
· saws
· edge banders
· cnc’s
Job Requirements
Experience of and the safe use of hand power tools and hand tools.
Relevant qualifications.
Ability to read cutting lists / technical drawings.
Good understanding of the usage of the machines listed above.
Our client is looking for a candidate to join their team on a 12 week temp to perm basis. They work with a number of blue chip clients producing exclusive fittings for shop fit outs and restaurant refurbishments.
Job Type: Temp to perm
Pay: £14.00 per hour
