Job Title: Registered Nurses (RN) - Med-Surg and ICU
Shift Information: Night Shift
Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) teams for the night shift in Colorado. Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in Med-Surg and ICU units.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Monitor patient conditions, identify changes, and initiate appropriate interventions.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Accurately document patient care and maintain detailed records.
Educate patients and families on their conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) considered with relevant experience.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred for ICU roles.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in Med-Surg or ICU settings.
Strong clinical skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
Shift:
Full-Time, Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
