Position: Radiologic Technologist

Location: Jetmore, Kansas

Shift Type: Days

Shift Times: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Shift Notes: 4 - 10 hour shifts

Annual Salary Range: $58,240 - $74,880 (based on 40-hour work week)

Hourly Rate: $28 to $36 (negotiable based on education, experience, and skills)

Sign-On Bonus: $7,000 with potential relocation assistance to be discussed during the interview.

CT Manager Position: If the candidate has previous CT Manager experience, please indicate it during submission. CT Manager salary and sign-on bonus ($10,000) will be discussed at the interview, along with possible relocation assistance.

Job Summary:

The Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) with CT experience is responsible for performing radiographic procedures to produce diagnostic images in various settings, including the radiology department, emergency room, and surgery suite using portable techniques. This role involves patient care, education, maintaining records, and ensuring confidentiality. The Rad Tech must work independently, be proficient in radiology procedures, and participate in the rotating on-call schedule, which includes weeknights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform radiographic procedures to produce diagnostic images.

Provide patient care and education related to radiologic procedures.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for procedures.

Work independently and be proficient in the use of radiology equipment.

Treat patients and families with respect and professionalism.

Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for weeknights and weekends.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience: Graduation from a minimum 2-year Rad Tech program or equivalent is required. State of Kansas certification required.

Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

1 year of radiologic/CT experience preferred (new graduates will be considered).

Bachelors or Associates degree in radiologic technology, radiology, or related field.

COVID Vaccine or Medical/Religious Exemption required.

Kansas state license required (candidates may start with license pending but must provide proof of application upon offer).
