Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Service Dispatch Specialist  to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance or property management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires participation in an on-call rotation, with frequency varying based on team size.

Responsibilities:

Daily Operations

Coordinate with technicians to set up their schedules.

Ensure all necessary materials are available and notify technicians of any pickups required.

Accept and organize package deliveries based on job needs.

Employee Relations:

Conduct one-on-one meetings with employees.

Hold weekly meetings with technicians and dispatchers.

Assist in hiring, conducting interviews, and managing write-ups and terminations.

Operational Management:

Work virtually with the Director of Operations.

Run company metrics such as KPIs for employees.

Implement new procedures to streamline processes.

Oversee vendor relations, hand out checks, and follow up quarterly for feedback.

Customer Service:

Respond to customer complaints and concerns.

Promote internal and external customer satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.

Company Image:

Project a positive image of Repair Masters to employees, customers, industry partners, and the community.

Additional Duties:

Organize and print 5-day notices.

Perform vehicle inspections.

Communicate new directives, policies, or procedures to staff.

Provide oversight and support for real-time monitoring of customer requests.

Qualifications:

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in property maintenance; property management experience is a plus. Experience in restoration is a plus.

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge: Ability to create and manage budgets. Proficient in Gmail and Microsoft Office products.

Attributes: Highly organized and detail-oriented. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to pass drug and background tests. Deadline and detail-oriented.

Job Details:

Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000 - $55,000 annually, based on experience

Work Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Includes a 1-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks (one in the morning and one in the afternoon).
