Manager of Cyber Risk Event Management/Incident Response

Salary: $230k to $250k plus 20% bonus

Location: Remote except = NO Alaska, North Dakota, Nebraska, Hawaii, Oklahoma, Vermont, Maine, West Virginia, Wyoming, New Hampshire, Puerto Rico

Looking for a Manager of Cyber Risk Event Management and Incident Response. You will be responsible for predicting detecting and responsible for responding to cyber risk event enterprise incident response. (must have gone through a true incident) recover from sophisticated threats security threat management automation machine learning and distributed threat programs micro-purple testing hypothesis based threat hunting MITRE ATT&CK frameworks 1 year of supervisory management will manage over 4 senior people and the vendor who manages 40 outsourced SOC people so vendor management over a SOC would be ideal

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in Cybersecurity
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; 1+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Strong communication skills with a high priority on listening to others.
• Ability to practice empathy and build trust amongst the team.
