Responsibilities:

Peraton is seeking a highly skilled SIPR Service Desk Analyst to join our team on-site in Alexandria, VA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in M365 administration, Active Directory (AD) administration, and network troubleshooting, specifically within a Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPR) environment. This role requires an active Secret clearance and Security+ certification.

Key Responsibilities:

SIPR Triage and Troubleshooting: Quickly identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to the SIPR environment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Escalation: Manage escalations by directing complex issues to higher-level technical support or appropriate teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.

M365 Administration: Provide support and administration for Microsoft 365, addressing user issues and performing regular maintenance tasks.

Active Directory: Object management and configuration, ensuring user accounts, permissions, and security settings are correctly configured and maintained.

Windows 10/11 Support: Provide comprehensive support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Network Troubleshooting: Address and resolve network-related issues, ensuring secure and efficient communication within the SIPR network.

File & Printer Server Support: Provide support for file and printer servers, ensuring accessibility, proper configuration, and resolving related issues.

Reporting: Generate and maintain accurate documentation and reports on incidents, resolutions, and system performance for management and stakeholders.

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to end-users, maintaining professionalism and efficiency in all interactions.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

High School level plus some specialized training; Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Active Secret Clearance required.

Active Security+ Certification required.

Active Network+ Certification preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, and/or related field, or equivalent experience

Strong experience in M365 administration.

Proven ability to perform Active Directory administration.

Proficiency in Windows 10/11 operating systems.

Proven ability to perform network troubleshooting.

Experience in File & Printer server support.

Prior experience in a SIPR environment is highly desirable.

Willingness to work shifts as part of a 24/7 operational team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

$51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
