Job Description:
The Resident Relations Manager @ Byron Park is responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service designed to reinforce and enhance resident and family experience, satisfaction and loyalty.
This is a full-time position, Tuesday-Saturday.
Pay range: $67-70k/yr
What will I do every day?
Manage and improve resident and family satisfaction and loyalty
Proactively identify and address resident challenges and opportunities for improvement
Oversee a smooth and customer service-focused front desk
Motivate and lead a high-performance Customer Service team
Execute the move-in and welcome, transfer, and move-out processes of residents effectively
Manage the department budget
Help coordinate resident focus group meetings
Assists the resident in the selection and placement of furniture for his/her new home
What will I need to be successful in this role?
Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
High school graduate or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
2-3 years of senior living industry experience
Strong people skills to handle escalated billing concerns
Great communication skills to lead the front desk (the hub of information for the community).
Having been a business off manager or director is a plus
Must be willing to cover nights or weekends as needed
Must be willing to be on a Manager on Duty (MOD) rotating schedule
