Responsibilities & Qualifications:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead, inspire, and scale our high performing sales teams. In this role, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing sales strategies to sustain and grow success across your region. If you have a proven track record of success building, developing, and leading teams to exceed sales targets, we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Territory Business Managers to achieve and surpass regional sales targets.
Attract and develop top sales talent, creating a high performing culture.
Implement effective sales strategies to drive New Business
Monitor sales performance and key metrics, making adjustments to meet and exceed goals
Foster a culture of accountability, competitiveness, and personal and professional growth within your team
Buld strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long term business success
Collaborate with senior leadership to align regional goals with overall Company vision
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales leadership role, managing and developing successful sales teams
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
Ability to attract, mentor, and retain top sales talent
Strong understand and ability to demonstrate defined sales processes, metrics, and best practices
