POSITION SUMMARY: The Organizational Development Advisor provides consulting and coaching support to leaders in a designated regional area to help ensure leadership effectiveness and organizational success. Serves as a partner and trusted advisor to leaders in the areas of leadership best practices, engagement, culture development, change management, and coaching, to help ensure the achievement of key results. Helps assess organizational challenges and needs, and helps determine and implement effective OD-related solutions at the leadership level. Supports leadership development, talent management, and succession planning.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Experience: 3 years of experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Leadership Development, Performance Improvement, or similar
Other skills/knowledge:
Demonstrated solid understanding and expertise in the areas of organizational effectiveness, change management, behavioral sciences, leadership development, and culture change
Proven strong communication and presentation skills, and strong computer skills
