We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic proposal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing detailed and analytical cost estimates and pricing strategies in response to solicitation requirements. This role requires a strong foundation in quantitative and qualitative data analysis, as well as an understanding of federal regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:

Develop Pricing Estimates: Collaborate with senior analysts to prepare accurate pricing estimates and narratives that align with solicitation requirements.

Analyze Solicitation Documents: Review and interpret solicitation documentation to identify specific pricing requirements and compliance needs.

Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to customer specifications, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS).

Cost Analysis: Assist in evaluating labor, material, and overhead costs to support cost proposal development.

Conduct Market Research: Perform competitor analysis and market research to inform pricing strategies.

Monitor Opportunities: Track updates on government and commercial opportunity sites for potential business leads.

Manage Databases: Support the maintenance and accuracy of pricing databases and analytical tools.

Participate in Strategy Meetings: Contribute to proposal review meetings and assist in formulating pricing strategies.

Prepare Presentations: Assist in developing presentations for management review, highlighting key pricing strategies and considerations.

Support Audit Processes: Aid in responding to audit requests and participate in fact-finding activities as needed.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.

Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications is essential.

Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and perform complex calculations accurately.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary for effective collaboration.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Desired Qualifications:

Proposal Cost Volume Experience: Experience developing cost volumes for government services contracts is desired.

Price to Win Experience: Familiarity with Price to Win methodologies is advantageous.

Data Visualization Tools: Experience with PowerBI or similar tools for data analysis and visualization is a plus.
