Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Corporate Supply Chain Manager or Supervisor, is responsible for the coordination and overall work direction of the department and assisting the Supply Techs in performing their duties within the hospital and various off-site locations.

Understand metrics, inventory control and support

• Consistently coordinates the facility supply process according to the Corporate Supply Chain policies.

• Reports on Monthly Critical Success Factors.

• Generates inventory, management, and other reports as needed. Can include daily reports needed for day-to-day operations.

• Processes and logs all system file updates related to product additions and modifications.

• Performs cycle counts per Policy & Procedure.

• Capable of performing all aspects of the operational and automated procedures within the department. This will include but are not limited to, order processing, requisitioning, receiving, report production, charging and crediting supplies to various departments

Qualifications:

Education/Training

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• An Associate degree can substitute for up to two (2) years of the required experience.

• A Bachelor’s degree can substitute for up to four (4) years of the required experience.

Six (6) years’ experience in warehousing or retail that includes receipt, inventory and stocking required. Supervisor experience preferred

The pay rate is for an entry level team leader from $18-23hr
