Senior Financial Analyst - Physician Finance

Are you a financial expert with a passion for healthcare?
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Financial Analyst and play a pivotal role in driving our physician finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex financial analysis projects
Develop and manage physician compensation reports
Analyze practice profitability and identify improvement areas
Construct pro forma financial statements for new initiatives
Handle ad-hoc financial requests with expertise
Mentor and educate junior analysts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
Minimum 4 years of healthcare finance experience
Advanced Excel and Access skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
PREFERRED:
Master’s in Business Administration or Health Administration.
Designation as Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Two year’s experience as a Senior Financial Analyst or Health Care Consultant.
Strong knowledge of and experience with databases using SQL or other advanced system languages. Adept at creating and managing complex queries.
Work Hours::
8am-5pm
