Overview:

The American College of Cardiology has recognized UF Health Leesburg Hospital for its demonstrated expertise and commitment in treating patients with chest pain by awarding a Chest Pain Center Accreditation with Primacy PCI and Resuscitation — its highest and best level of accreditation. The hospital also offers world-class orthopedics, minimally invasive robotic surgery, life-saving emergency care, stroke treatment, labor & delivery, and so much more.
Under the direction of the Director/ charge nurse, the RN utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care. This is a Full Time, Day Shift position eligible for a sign on bonus.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Associate's Degree Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Florida Registered Nurse License
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS (as determined by department)
- NIH (as determined by department)
- 3 years of recent Critical Care nursing experience required
Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
