Compensation:

Salary Range: $18.10 - $25.20 per hour

Responsibilities:

Position Overview: 

Under direct supervision, the Clinic Receptionist performs clerical support duties to ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations. The Clinic Receptionist greets patients and assistants with the completion of registration forms, verifies insurance eligibility and benefit coverage, accurately enters and updates patient information electronically as needed, receives and directs clinic telephone calls, and maintains the overall flow of patients throughout the clinic. 

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

One (1) month experience in a receptionist or administrative support capacity

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Bilingual in Spanish

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous front office medical reception experience

Knowledge of medical terminology
