Description:
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Manufacturing Technicians for projects located in the Hermantown, MN area. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate up to $27/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Inspect, identify, and repair defects in composite and structural bond lines
Inspect and install aircraft components, sub-assemblies and composite parts
Follow engineering drawings and specifications
Install, connect or bond aircraft parts using adhesives, rivets or threaded fasteners
Ensure fit, clearance, alignment and functional performance complies with design requirements
Prepare and use fixtures to aid in locating, bonding or drilling aircraft parts
Route wire harnesses
Perform repairs to carbon and glass composite material
Mix and apply resin epoxy, adhesives, and sealants
Identify and replace damaged parts
Requirements:
Ability to read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, productions illustrations, and other specifications
Mechanically inclined background is a plus
Wear a respirator and other PPE
Lift varying weight repeatedly
