Overview:

This is a hybrid role - 2 days remote and 3 days in the Malvern, PA office.   

CubeSmart is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Sr. Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving organic growth, enhancing user experience on the web, and optimizing conversion rate on the website. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, web development/IT, operations, and analytics, to ensure our digital presence is not only search engine optimized but also user-friendly and conversion-focused. 

Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy and Execution: 

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic, direct and local SEO traffic and improve search engine rankings. 

Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and competitor analysis. 

Enhance the overall organic visibility of CubeSmart’s digital properties by developing strategies that integrate SEO, content marketing, and UX. 

Ensure that organic, direct and local traffic growth translates to measurable business outcomes by focusing on both traffic acquisition and customer conversion. 

Collaborate with content marketing and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and site architecture. 

Monitor and analyze website performance metrics (e.g., traffic, ranking, conversion) and provide actionable insights. 

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): 

Own the CRO process, driving A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize key conversion points on the website (e.g., lead forms, checkout processes). Partner with UX designer to create a seamless intuitive experience for CubeSmart’s website visitors.  

Analyze and interpret data from web analytics, heatmaps, and user behavior tools to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve conversion rates. 

Collaborate with design and development teams to implement tests and track performance improvements. 

Work closely with web developers and designers to implement UX improvements, ensuring all changes enhance engagement and reduce bounce rates. UAT/QA all website changes in staging with additional support inclusive of ADA. 

Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in SEO, and CRO to continually optimize CubeSmart's digital marketing efforts. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree is preferred with experience working in a marketing department or a digital agency, preferably with experience in a business-to-consumer environment. Experience working for a retail business with geographically dispersed locations is a plus. 

5+ years of experience in SEO, CRO, or a related role, with a strong track record of driving organic growth and improving website performance. 

Deep knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), UX methodologies, and CRO frameworks. 

Strong understanding of technical SEO, user-centered design principles, and web analytics. 

Experience with A/B and multivariate testing, heatmaps, user journey mapping, and web analytics tools (e.g., Monetate, Heap, Hotjar, Google Optimize, Adobe Analytics). 

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans. 

Strong project management and collaboration skills with experience working in a cross-functional environment. 

Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision.  

Highly focused on providing excellent customer service.  

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).  

Team mentality and strong interpersonal skills.  

Promote and support CubeSmart VALUES.  

Preferred Qualifications: 

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS). 

Experience working with agile development methodologies.
