SWCA’s Pasadena office is actively seeking a Logistics Coordinator, who will lead various different desktop tasks process data within a utility database. The ideal candidate is an energetic proactive problem solver who enjoys supporting a diverse group of technical specialists. This role will process project information for accuracy, work within mapping layers, prepare project descriptions, answer client requests, and fulfill other tasks related to data management. This is a full time hourly position and pay will be based on individual qualifications and experience.

What you will accomplish:

Conduct project information intake and confirm data accuracy

Write project descriptions

Reply to client emails

Upload/download files into specific client database

Uses best practices and knowledge to perform own job function

Demonstrates strong knowledge and background; has a broad grasp of involved practices and precedents, theory, or both

Solves problems of a recurring nature; may generate new/innovative solutions to complex problems

Understands and anticipates patterns and links

Works autonomously within established procedures and practices; understands and effectively communicates the “why” and “how” of procedures

Authors documents (plans, procedures, client communications, etc.)

Experience and qualifications for success:

High school diploma

(Two) 2-3 years of experience in Southern California Edison EHSync Analyst work (or equivalent) preferred.

GIS understanding and skills is a plus.

Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office applications including Teams and Forms required; experience with other software applications such as Adobe Acrobat preferred.

Experience with Deltek Vision or other CRM software preferred; experience with SharePoint preferred.

Inspiring work ethic and the ability to maintain a fast pace.

High level organizational skills

Good communication skills

Flexible and able to work beyond as needed, including evenings, weekends, to meet peak demands and tight deadlines.

Exceptional time management skills.

Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work with a diverse group or people.

An employee in this Pasadena,CA based position can expect an hourly pay rate of $29.81 - $36.56/hr. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law. Regular-status employees are also eligible for performance bonuses.
