About this Role:

Brink Constructors, Inc.

QA/QC specialists ensure that electrical installations meet safety standards and contribute to the successful completion of energy projects. QA/QC specialists work closely with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and procurement personnel, to address quality concerns and ensure consistent quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Position requires 100% travel throughout the Midwest as a field based role

What You'll Do:

Developing and implementing quality control processes

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns

Reviewing and updating quality documentation and procedures

Serves as main contact point for all field and subcontractors

Reporting all QA/QC updates to leadership, customer, additional teams as needed

Monitor contract performance against project milestones, budget, and other established metrics

Maintain accurate records of quality-related information and update documentation

What You'll Bring:

Required:

Experience in QA/QC processes, inspections, and audits

Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and safety protocols is essential.

Familiarity with quality control methods, statistical process control, and root cause analysis

Knowledge of relevant industry standards

Effective communication with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders

Ability to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions

Collaboration is crucial in this role

Valid, Active Driver’s License

Valid, Active DOT Medical Examiner’s Certification

Preferred:

Prior experience in the electrical utilities industry; power distribution, renewable energy, or electrical construction

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical technology, or a related field

Pre-screen: Upon offer, employees will be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.
