Pay Rate: $16.50 - $17.25 per hour

Job Type: Full-time 

Location: Warwick, Rhode Island 

Shift & Schedule: 6 AM - 2 PM - Friday through Tuesday

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Porters for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. 

What we're looking for:*

Perform all cleaning tasks noted on  the checklists and as directed by the facility manager/supervisor to ensure that all dirt, dust, litter, and debris are removed from all areas of the facility.  

Sweep and pick up around the entrances and exits to the garage and stairwells, as well as clean surface area rails, etc. on all levels, the booth, the office and rest rooms, as directed.  

Empty all trashcans in the garage, the booth, and the office.  

Responsible for safety and security of company equipment.  

Report any known, observed, or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazard, or any unusual occurrence(s) to the regional and/or account managers in a timely manner.  

Pick-up and delivery of winter supplies, sand, salt, fuel, power equipment, vehicles, etc., as applicable per location.  

Maintain an inventory of janitorial supplies and submit requests to re-stock supplies as needed. 

Operate necessary equipment for cleaning and maintaining the facility. 

Shovel, plow, or blow snow from the entrance or exit ramps and in areas designated by the Facility Manager if and when needed.  

Report any known accidents or violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrence to the local manager in a timely manner.
