Job Overview:

This position will primarily support CDL’s pricing and product team. The analyst will manage day-to-day transactional issues, demonstrating knowledge of systems, departments, policies and procedures. The analyst will liaise with Account Executives, Fulfillment, Secondary   Marketing, and Senior Management in order to process the following transactions: Manual Locks, Pricing Exception request, Len der Credit requests, Pipeline Price Monitoring, Extension Requests, Price Confirmations and other pricing responsibilities. The Pricing Analyst will work in Encompass, Optimal Blue, Flowscape, and Excel in order to fulfill the full range of responsibilities.

A Typical Day:

The Pricing and Product Analyst will manage day-to-day transactional issues, demonstrating knowledge of systems, departments, policies and procedures. As the Pricing Analyst, you will liaise with Account Executives, Fulfillment, Secondary Marketing, and Senior Management in order to process the following transactions: Manual Locks, Pricing Exception request, Lender Credit requests, Pipeline Price Monitoring, Extension Requests, Price Confirmations, Pricing UAT and other pricing responsibilities. 

The Pricing and Product Analyst will:

Conduct research and audits as needed

Support enhancements and development of both new and existing products

Assist in the management of the day-to-day transaction activities of the customers and CDL

Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of CDL products, pricing policies and procedures

Support system testing efforts by executing user acceptance test scripts

Identify needs, write and distribute reports as needed

Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

3+ years of relevant work experience

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Proficient at using Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word)

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role

Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role 

Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role 

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. 

Salary:

$50,000 - $75,000
