Responsibilities:
The Building Maintenance Technician typical job functions include:
Performing all aspects of carpentry throughout the resort
Being able to climb and work from scaffolding and/or high ladders
Using power tools proficiently
Repairing doors, windows, furniture and other assigned tasks
Qualifications:
This position may be for you if:
You have achieved a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
You have 2-5 years of carpentry experience in rough and finish construction; be willing to provide own tools
You possess knowledge of all shop and hand tools is required
You have Hi-Low or lift license preferred or training provided
You possess a valid driver's license
