Overview:

Administer, manage, audit and ensure Railway operations through the resources

human, material and equipment in order to deliver shipments in a timely manner

via railway.

Job Description:

Coordinate the personnel in charge for unit boarding activities according to the loading plan.

Ensure that rail operations on units are safe, efficient and correct.

Evaluate, audit, optimize the human team for the fulfillment of the operational-productive workforce.

Coordinate actions that lead to minimizing all types of

Risks and accidents in the field of industrial and environmental safety.

Train personnel in the execution of activities, procedures, instructions and alternative documents, in order to minimize damage or deviations to the processes.

Plan the human resource to meet the client's boarding objectives and support other sites if necessary.

Generate the KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis required by management.

Update and follow up on training in the system

Job Requirements:

3-5 years first line supervisory and employee relations experience

• SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory management

• Assembly line operation, with emphasis on automotive or mechanical applications

• Microsoft Office computer skills, and database navigational skills

• A 4-year degree is preferred or high school diploma with equivalent experience

• A valid driver’s license and ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
