Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Manager Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team. This position will directly report to the Director of Financial Planning and is responsible for developing and preparing analyses of financial programs for the Operations division and provides financial recommendations to Operational leadership.
Perform detailed analysis on our vendors for Pharmacy, Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Medical Supplies to ensure compliance with the contract and feed the dashboard.
Liaison between IT, Operations, and outside vendors to initiate correct data pulls for Palliative Care and AIM (Advanced Illness Model).
Provides monthly analytical reviews of individual business unit and/or division financial results.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
Minimum 5-7 years finance modeling, analysis, and budgeting
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis and reporting and internal control concepts
Strong technical knowledge of finance systems
Experience in Dayforce, SAP, Adaptive Insights and Great Plains is helpful
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Good leadership skills; able to direct others
Proven ability to provide both operational and strategic leadership
Program and project management experience
Able to build working relationships
Health care industry experience is a plus
Successful track record in setting priorities, keen analytic and organization skills
