Position Summary:

The Production Lead will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for leading a team of production associates, ensuring efficient workflow, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of production associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.

Identify, prioritize, and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

Monitor production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, quality, maintenance) to resolve production issues and optimize processes.

Ensure a safe and positive working environment for all team members.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.

Willingness to work weekends and/or shift work as needed.
