As a Speech Language Pathologist for our client, you will be responsible for administering assessments, evaluating and treating speech and language disorders, working closely with families and caregivers, and delivering services in various settings. You will play a crucial role in helping individuals achieve their highest level of functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Administer appropriate assessments for a learner and complete all required components for the clients funding source to provide Speech and Language Therapy evaluation
Evaluate and treat assigned caseload for speech, language, oral motor, feeding, swallowing, voice, fluency, articulation, and/or social communication disorders to achieve highest level of functioning and prevent regression
Work closely with parents and caregivers and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plan goals
Engage in coordination of care with our client's clinical ABA and PBSS staff on assessment and implementation of AAC devices, as needed, for all shared clients
Deliver services in a client's home, community, and/or clinic setting as described in the clients plan of care, and as is deemed most clinically appropriate for the client
Develop reports including but not limited to evaluation/assessment reports, individual treatment plans, progress reports, and discharge summaries
Schedule and Shift Details
Work schedule and shift expectations will be provided during the interview process.
Required:
Master's degree or higher
Valid SLP-CCC in the state of Kentucky (KY)
Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
Preferred
