The Shopper Marketing Manager/ Consultant will lead the development and execution of shopper marketing strategies within the FMCG industry. This role will work with shopper insights; and deliver excellent activation in store with leading retailers across the UK. The role will provide hybrid work, ideally 1 or 2 days per week in Buckinghamshire and could also be considered on a part-time 4 days per week contract.

Description

The successful Shopper Marketing Manager/ Consultant should;

Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies for the FMCG industry.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver shopper-centric marketing plans.
Manage marketing agency relationships to ensure effective and efficient execution of plans.
Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and drive brand preference.
Provide insights and recommendations based on shopper behaviour and market trends.
Manage budget and resources effectively to deliver optimal return on investment.Profile

A successful Shopper Marketing Manager/ Consultant should have:

Prior experience in a shopper/trade marketing role within the FMCG industry.
Proficiency in developing and executing shopper marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and consumer behaviour.
Experience managing marketing agency relationships.Job Offer
