Aspire People are currently recruiting for a Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Coventry (CV3), starting after the October half term. This is a full-time, long-term role with responsibilities including planning, teaching, and marking.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum.
Plan, prepare, and mark work to ensure students achieve their full potential.
Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing regular feedback.
Contribute to the wider school community and attend staff meetings.
Adhere to the school's safeguarding policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Minimum of 2 years' proven UK teaching experience in primary education.
Must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
Strong understanding of safeguarding practices.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
