We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for a reputable organisation based in Coventry on a temporary to permanent basis.

You will be responsible for:

* Sales ledger duties including invoicing

* Producing accurate creditor reports

* Inputting purchase invoices and expenses into the accounts software

* Reconciling the balance sheet

* Bank reconciliations

* Other duties as may be required to assist the day to day running of the finance department

The ideal candidate will:

* Have experience of the above duties

* Posses strong IT and finance system skills as well as good MS Excel skills

* Have a positive attitude with the ability to juggle a number of tasks while staying calm under pressure

* Be eager to learn, but also possess a great amount of knowledge in finance and experience of working within a busy office environment
