Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate confidently and effectively to deliver expert commercial insurance advice, supported by our knowledgeable team.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
* Understand and apply insurance terminology in complex commercial scenarios.
* Provide detailed explanations of insurance products, leveraging local knowledge to enhance business development.
* Tailor product offerings to meet the unique demands of clients.
* Utilize technical expertise to navigate insurance products and principles.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar broker or insurance role.
* Strong understanding of insurance terminology and application in commercial contexts.
* Ability to communicate complex information clearly to clients.
* Knowledge of insurance product features, benefits, exclusions, and warranties.
* Proficiency in tailoring solutions to client needs.
* Basic understanding of financial security and claims principles.
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* High level of computer literacy.
* Preference for candidates holding Cert CII or progressing towards further qualifications.
* Familiarity with local industries and businesses is a plus.
