Seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team for a major infrastructure project. This role offers hybrid working arrangements and a competitive salary based on experience. You will be working under an NEC3 contract and reporting directly to the Senior Estimator. The position is with a Tier 1 civil contractor and is based in our Hertfordshire office.

Responsibilities for Estimator

Develop accurate cost estimates and budgets for civil infrastructure projects.
Analyse project documentation, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate cost projections.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to refine project scopes.
Provide support for cost control and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize Primavera P6 to develop and manage project schedules.Requirements for Estimator

Minimum 5+ years of experience working as an Estimator on civil engineering projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling and project management.
Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of NEC3 contracts and civil construction processes.
