As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for your clients and candidates
Sourcing candidates and creating a pipeline of candidates for future openings
Guiding candidates through the recruitment process, assisting candidates during interviews, and ensuring a smooth experience
Scheduling interviews and providing relevant feedback
Building relationships with both candidates and clients, and providing market insight
Generating new business through cold calling, chasing leads and research
What can you expect joining Reperio?
A competitive salary package and one of the most lucrative commission schemes in Belfast (this is uncapped, paid monthly, and you can earn up to 35% of your monthly revenue)
You'll have the chance to build out your own team, whom you will mentor and earn additional commission for
