How would you like the chance to head up the M&E maintenance services, project works, sustainability initiatives and stakeholder engagement across a 350,000 Sq Ft grade A commercial office space, at an iconic commercial building in Central London?

A fantastic client of mine is currently looking to recruit an experienced Technical Services Manager into their business, who will take ownership for the delivery of a best in class M&E service provision for this Trophy Building.

Overseeing all technical M&E services on site, through exemplary contractor management.
Implementation of market leading sustainability & ESG initiatives, as well as the management of electrical and mechanical plant, inclusive of critical equipment.
M&E Project Management.
Monitoring performance of M&E service partners on site.
Provide best in class customer service to tenants.
Daily client and tenant liaison.
Overseeing small and large M&E project works on site.
Overseeing M&E plant replacement projects. Qualifications & Experience:

HNC/ HND Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
City & Guilds Mechanical/ City & Guilds 17th or 18th Edition This exciting opportunity is paying an extremely attractive salary of up to £75k + Package.
