Business Development Manager – Hybrid – Northampton
Location: Northampton (Hybrid) Salary: £40,000-£50,000 + Benefits ( Achieveable OTE £80,000-£100,000)

This permanent role offers hybrid working, combining office-based responsibilities with travel to client sites as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive new business within the Managed Services Provider (MSP) sector.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored IT solutions.
* Develop sales strategies and meet/exceed sales targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in technical sales within IT infrastructure or MSP sectors.
* Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
* Strong technical knowledge of IT managed services and infrastructure.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to manage a hybrid working environment and travel to client sites.
