We are hoping to hire a HGV DRIVER - CONTAINER SHUNTING (Class 1 / C&E) to shuttle containers between Felixstowe docks and a warehousing & distribution facility on the outskirts of Ipswich.

Working Monday to Friday from 2pm for typically 8 or 9hrs per day.

Salary is £36,400 basic plus overtime during busy periods.

The requirements of this HGV DRIVER - CONTAINER SHUNTING role are:

* LGV C&E / HGV Class 1 Licence

* Hold a driver CPC

* Previous experience of container work would be advantageous but not essential

* Cover other driving duties when docks are closed or similar

This HGV DRIVER - CONTAINER SHUNTING requirement is a PERMANENT, FULL TIME, Monday to Friday salaried position, employed directly by the company (paye) and NOT an agency or contract job.
