Site Agent (Nights)

Freelance Site Agent required to work with a Civil Engineering contractor to on a new roads development in Yorkshire to cover the Night shifts.

Scope of works – Road Construction, Drainage, Ducting etc.

Position – Site Agent (Nights)

Contract duration – 6 Months

Engagement – Outside IR35 / CIS

Duties

* Site inductions & toolbox talks

* Writing & updating daily records & RAMS

* Liaise with client and any consultants engaged in the project

* Managing health & safety on site

* Ordering plant & materials for site

* Supervise and monitor the progress and quality of work produced by site labour force and sub-contractors

* Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

* Introduce improvements and innovation where possible.

Requirements

* 3 years+ relevant experience

* CSCS Card

* First Aid

* SMSTS or SSSTS or IOSH

* Should have good record-keeping skills & be computer literate

* Must have valid UK driving license
