Are you a versatile and reliable Handyperson with a passion for fixing and maintaining? We’re looking for someone to join our family-run fabric company, based on Regent Street, to work across The Crown Estates portfolio. You’ll be part of a friendly, established team, handling general maintenance tasks in high-profile properties.
Role Overview:
As our Handyperson, your key responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out general repairs and fixes as needed.
* Building and assembling furniture.
* Handling a variety of maintenance tasks to keep properties in excellent condition.
* Responding to both reactive calls and planned maintenance tasks, ensuring everything is kept in top shape.
What We’re Looking For:
* A skilled all-rounder with experience in general maintenance and repairs.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently, as well as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach, as you'll be working in client-facing environments.
* A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.

* Competitive salary up to £32,000, depending on experience.
* Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, offering a great work-life balance.
