This is an exciting, brand new position working for a fast-paced, relatively new but already highly successful organisation with a focus on sustainability wo are certified BCorp, Vegan Society registered and Carbon Neutral

Their products are already on the shelves of major retailers with more on the cards, and this is a wonderful time to join as they grow and develop

The position is ideally suited to an experienced professional who has worked with major retailers in a support/account handling function who understands the world of retail and stock movements

Hours are part time, to be set with the successful candidate, but likely to be around 20-30 hours a week

Your role will involve:

* Working closely with the warehouse, internal teams, suppliers and retailers

* Assessing stock levels, responding to customer queries, dealing with new retailer orders and checking live orders are on track

* Liaising with the warehouse and retail team to make sure stock levels are healthy

* Chasing down late deliveries into retailers’ warehouses

* Booking in new deliveries

* Working with the team to plan out orders of new stock

* Handling varied tasks at any given time with conflicting priorities requiring your organisational and problem solving skills

* Creating helpful spreadsheets and formulas using Excel

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:

* Solid experience in a similar role, working with major retailers

* Excellent organisation skills with a focus on detail

* Ability to effectively prioritise and juggle conflicting priorities

* Excellent problem solving abilities

* Strong numeracy skills with a love of Excel and the ability to build spreadsheets and formulas

* Strong relationship building skills

* Ability to balance working quickly vs methodically

* Love of working in a busy environment with challenges and the opportunity to continually learn new things
