We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Sales Support Executive to join a leading global provider of smart, sustainable lighting solutions and software. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a real impact in the industry.
As a Sales Support Executive, your main responsibilities will include:

* Supporting the Field Sales teams and customers to generate price proposals for lighting products and connected services.

* Processing sales orders and managing customer deliveries.

* Generating customer quotes.

* Developing an understanding of products and service offerings to guide customers on available solutions.

* Working closely with the Field Sales teams to identify upselling opportunities.

* Maintaining positive business relationships with customers.

Skills & experience required:

* Previous experience in sales support or customer service.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.

* Highly organized with the ability to prioritize a busy workload.

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and internal/external stakeholders.

* A collaborative approach that delivers positive and sustainable results.
