Challenge-trg are currently looking for a strong Administrator to work in their busy Recruitment office in Wigan.
Job Role
You will provide a vital link between clients and candidates. The role is demanding and diverse and involves:
Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates, employers, and the teaching community.
Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.
Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.
Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job.
Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants.
Provide exceptional, consistent customer service to clients and colleagues, being prepared to go above and beyond.
Proactively source new candidates by placing adverts on a range of job boards, contacting university providers and arranging open days.
Proactively chasing references.
Receive and effectively manage job applications, pre-screen candidates, conduct face to face interviews, CV writing and actively source suitable positions for individual candidates that match their needs.
Successful candidates will need:
Experience of all Microsoft packages
Share Point experience
Strong communication skills
Effective interpersonal skills
Ambition and determination to succeed
Result orientated
Problem solving and tenacity to cope well under pressure
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Ability to work on your own and part of a team
Proven experience of working with clients and delivering on expectations
